Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between DIGIKETING LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of Cyprus ("Provider"), and any person or entity ("Client") using the BoostFollowers.io platform.

Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

2. Description of services

The Provider supplies social media promotion services (likes, views, followers, subscribers, comments) for third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, Spotify, SoundCloud, Twitch and others. Services are delivered through technical partners (suppliers).

3. Registration and account

Access to the Service requires account creation. The Client must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of contracting. One account per person or entity. The Client is responsible for keeping credentials confidential.

The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of fraud, abuse or breach of these Terms.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in euros (€) excluding taxes. Under the regime applicable to DIGIKETING LTD (Cyprus), no VAT is charged.

Payment is made exclusively via SEPA bank transfer to the account indicated in the customer area (Wise Business). The credited balance remains usable without time limit but is not refundable in cash.

5. Orders and delivery

Orders are forwarded to technical suppliers as soon as validated. Indicative delivery time is 1 to 5 business days depending on service and quantity. No firm deadline is guaranteed; delays may arise from suppliers or target social networks.

6. Cancellation and refunds

6.1 The Client may cancel free of charge any order still in "Pending" status (not yet sent to supplier). The amount is fully credited back to the balance.

6.2 Once the order is sent to the supplier ("In progress"), it cannot be cancelled.

6.3 In case of partial delivery duly evidenced, a pro-rata partial refund is credited to the Client's balance (not refundable in cash).

6.4 Requests must be submitted via support ticket within 7 days of the order.

7. Right of withdrawal

The Client expressly acknowledges that the Services constitute digital content provided intangibly, executed immediately upon order validation. As such, no right of withdrawal applies once execution has started.

8. Liability

8.1 Social media disclaimer — The Client acknowledges that third-party social networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) have their own terms. Using external growth services may, under their rules, lead to sanctions (suspension, reduced visibility, account closure). The Client bears these risks alone. The Provider shall not be held responsible for actions of these third-party platforms.

8.2 The Provider's overall liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the relevant order.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the platform (text, graphics, logos, code) is the exclusive property of DIGIKETING LTD. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

10. Personal data

Personal data processing is detailed in the Privacy Policy.

11. Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to force majeure: supplier outages, social network unavailability, natural disasters, governmental acts, etc.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Cyprus law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia (Cyprus).
